In this post i’m gunna describe 5 such services of Google.
Google Health :
Google Health is a personal health information centralization service by Google. It is sometimes known as personal health record services. The service allows Google users to volunteer their health records – either manually or by logging into their accounts at partnered health services providers – into the Google Health system, thereby merging potentially separate health records into one centralized Google Health profile.

Google Health has been under development since mid-2006. In 2008, the service underwent a two-month pilot test with 1,600 patients of The Cleveland Clinic. As of May 20, 2008,Google Health has been released to the general public as a service in beta test stage.
Volunteered information can include “health conditions, medications, allergies, and lab results”. Once entered, Google Health uses the information to provide the user with a merged health record, information on conditions, and possible interactions between drugs, conditions, and allergies.
Google Movies :
Google Movies is one such service that allows you to know the movies that are being played near your place. Its basically a Search Engine. Google SketchUp :
Google SketchUp is a 3D modeling program designed for architects, civil engineers, filmmakers, game developers, and related professions. It also includes features to facilitate the placement of models in Google Earth. It is designed to be easier to use than other 3D CAD programs.

SketchUp was developed by startup company @Last Software, Boulder, Colorado which was co-founded in 1999 by Brad Schell, and Joe Esch, which was first released in August 2000 as a general purpose 3D content creation tool, with the tagline “3D for Everyone”.
Google acquired @Last Software on March 14, 2006, attracted by @Last’s Software’s work developing a plugin for Google Earth.
On January 9, 2007, SketchUp 6 was released, featuring new tools as well as a beta version of Google SketchUp LayOut. LayOut includes 2D vector tools, as well as page layout tools intended to make it easier for professionals to create presentations without jumping to a third-party presentation program.

The browser-based tool permits a user to write notes, clip text and images, and save links from pages during a browser session. The information is saved to an online “notebook” with sharing and collaboration features.

Having a notebook is quite helpful, but it is not possible to carry with you every time. Google Notebook is a powerful alternative that lets you keep your notes online. It comes in handy while you are working on any project or collecting information.
